Is it true?

There are times where I have made decisions based on feelings. I feel like this or I feel like that. Ok. There are times for that. Bigger decisions need to be weighed more. The decision I make to follow my Lord Jesus Christ is something that is something that takes faith. In the Biblee Jesus says, ” I am the WAY, the TRUTH, and the LIFE, no one comes to the Father, but through me.” It’s not a path, it’s not things you do, Jesus is stating HIS very person is the TRUTH. QUO VERITAS? What is truth, Pontius Pilate asks in John the Gospel.

There are some who would argue that Jesus is a liar, someone who just says things and it bears no meaning. I am here to tell you that HE means more to me in my LIFE TODAY than ever before. He has saved my life from hell and from myself and stupid decisions. I have placed my life in the hands of Jesus, because I love Him and what He has done in my life.

I have been hospitalized recently and have received a revelation from God about His truth and His person. The way I was treated in the hospital I cannot speak about, but I know there was abuse involved. I cannot divulged into the kind of abuse because my mind is too hurt to go back, but I know I am a changed woman because of the experience I had there.

My Jesus is the one who saves, He heals, He delivers, and He rescues. What is true? I know He is blessing me continually with opportunities to communicate with people and to have a life more abundant than I ever thought possible.

The Holy Spirit does His work in my life by showing fruit. The fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control.

The truth sets me free and it can set YOU free too. The truth of the Gospel is that God sent His Son into the world to save it, not condemn it. He died on a cross, rose again after 3 days, and will come again to get His church. That is the Gospel, the Truth of Christ Jesus.

What do you do now that you believe this truth? Get in a church, a Bible-believing church, a Bible Study, and learn the Word of God. Get a study Bible too. It’s important to know what and why you believe it too. Being discipled by someone is important. Iron sharpens iron.
